Hello, dear friends!
My name is Diana, and I’m the creator of the “Rebirth” retreat.
I’d love to share how this retreat came into existence, as it wasn’t born from a desire for profit, but from a place of deep pain—my own.
After a two-year journey, I now feel called to help others walk this path more swiftly. In doing so, I feel I'm fulfilling my purpose to the world and to others.
Let me tell you about my journey to my spiritual teacher and mentor, Mangku Jati. His gift and powerful energy gave me a new life. Through him, I discovered myself, my purpose, and learned what it truly means to love the world, to love oneself, and to be grateful to God every day. 🙏
I used to visit Mangku Jati briefly to share my worries, seek guidance, and ask for his blessing. He always listened with patience, smiled, and would say, “Diana, open your heart. ❤️”
For two years, step by step, I died and was reborn over and over, embracing my states, practicing, and meditating, but something was still missing.
Then, I found myself with Mangku Jati not just for a short visit, but for five full days in his sanctuary of immense energy. Each day, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, we meditated, chanted mantras, walked, discussed life, learned, and met with masters of different practices.
To be honest, after the first meditation, I wanted to flee—the tears and soul-deep pain were overwhelming. But Mangku Jati said, “Spend the night with this, don’t run—and in that, you’ll find your strength.
But if you leave, you’ll have to start over and lose what you didn’t grasp in two years.” He wished me a good night, closed the door, and left.
That night, I faced a true breaking point. It’s hard to describe, but dying in practice felt easier than what I went through. I didn’t know if I was asleep or somewhere else entirely. In the morning, Mangku Jati arrived, saying, “Let’s go.” I asked, “Where? Is there more?” Silently, he placed me on his bike and took me to an ancient temple in the forest, near Pura Besakih. There, he performed a cleansing ritual, and I said goodbye to my past. For the rest of the days, Mangku Jati was by my side, guiding me, blessing me, and filling me with light.
This journey awakened in me a deep love for life and an even deeper desire to share this gift with others.
This is how the “Rebirth” retreat was born, a place where I gather the finest teachers in Bali.
We hold it in the most powerful place on the island—at the foot of Mount Agung Volkano, near the ancient Pura Besakih temple, under the careful guidance of my spiritual teacher, Mangku Jati.
